Snowden Lane Partners Hires Industry Veterans to Fuel Strategic Growth

Snowden Lane Partners, an independent, advisor-owned, wealth advisory firm dedicated to providing client-focused advice in a values-driven culture, today announced that Rob Russak has joined the firm as Managing Director of Business Development from Merrill Lynch. In tandem with Russak’s appointment, Dana Crane will serve as Director of Recruiting.

Russak and Crane’s appointments mark a significant step in Snowden Lane’s continued commitment towards reinvesting in the firm to drive and accelerate its next phase of growth.

As Managing Director of Business Development, Russak will play a crucial role in strengthening communication between advisor teams, supporting the adoption of new technology and initiatives, and fostering Snowden Lane’s values-driven culture. He will support advisor teams to advance their individual growth strategies, while driving firmwide strategic expansion. As an 18-year industry veteran, Russak offers deep expertise in independent wealth management, investment products and advisor oversight, garnered from previous roles at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo.

With over 20 years of recruiting experience across the wealth management industry, Crane will spearhead Snowden Lane’s recruiting efforts, sourcing and vetting financial advisor teams from large wealth management firms and the independent RIA space. Crane garnered extensive recruiting experience at Koren Rogers Executive Search, and later in her own practice, and will significantly strengthen Snowden Lane’s external growth efforts and accelerate the firm’s recruiting pipeline.
